Meditation to Conquer Fear"The following practice is a visualization and meditation technique that is based upon yoga psychology. Psychological studies have found and proven that visualization techniques can help to pacify anxiety and stress that have accumulated in the mind. Visualization techniques work on a deeper layer of the mind, typically those of the subconscious and unconscious layers of the mind. The technique presented in this lesson is designed to help confront, examine, and observe different aspects of our feelings, stresses, and tensions within our mind and thoughts."
